Banana Cranberry Orange bread recipe
• 4 T. butter
• 1-1/4 C. sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 C. flour
• 1 t. salt
• 1-1/2 t. baking soda
• 1/2 C. orange juice
• 2/3 C. mashed bananas
• 1-1/4 C. Craisins®
• 4 T. sour cream
• Orange zest
Baking Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Blend butter, sugar, and sour cream; add egg.
3. Sift together all dry ingredients.
4. With a spoon, add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture until all flour is moistened.
5. Fold in bananas, cranberries, and nuts. Add orange juice just to help moisten batter.
6. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with orange zest.
7. Bake times:
a. large loaf pan = 65-70 min.
b. 6 small loaf pans = 30 min.
8. Cool 10 min. before removing from pan.
This project comes from my website... I know you don't have the time to be clicking all around, so I put it here for you :D I haven't done the bread myself, but feel free to use your own banana bread recipe.

I guess the little "t" is for tsp, and capital "T" for tbs...

BTW, the ingredients T-means tsp. or tbs? I want to make some!
