We are pleased to announce that Stampin' Up! was recognized by the readers of Scrapbook, etc. as the Readers' Choice winner in the stamps category. We were also received acknowledgement as runners-up in the following categories: card stock, eyelets, ribbon, markers, and ink.

This is the first year Scrapbooks, etc. has held a Readers' Choice award. For more information, see the August/September issue of Scrapbooks, etc. (pages 34-38).

And how are they not going to win? Just look at this beautiful stamp: Medallion - 115223 - $23.95

 

I embossed it in black, added ribbon and a half pearl, the center is raised too.

Nursery Necessities card gets published

Today I got my complimentary copy of this Stampers' Sampler issue in the mail:

One of the cards I sent some time ago, has been published!

 

It was a very nice surprise... and I'm happy to be able to share it with you :D  The magazine has great samples, many, of course, are done with Stampin' Up! products :D 

  

Although some of these colours are not available any more, the stamp set is... And it's a very nice baby set to have. You know where to get it!

Butterfly award, butterfly card

LeAnne from Wee Inklings sent me this new award!  (New for me)

   

Thank you LeAnne, I know her because she's also playing with the Mojo Monday sketches :D   And I didn't post earlier because I just go my new Beautiful Butterflies die, for the Big Shot, and it's so pretty.

So, I made this card, and I also used the new Eyelet Border punch

 

 

This is a 3 minute card. The half pearls and the "antennas" (is that how you call them?) are from the Pretties Kit, I white embossed the word "thanks" from the set Thank you kindly

This is what you have to do:

When I go to visit other blogs, I always see that they have awards for having a nice blog, or being creative, etc. However, this time I'm the recipient, not of one, but 2 awards.

My cyber-friend Cuchy, from Spain, thought about me, and made my day!   Although my creativity comes and goes, and goes again, all the things that you see here are really made with love, I enjoy it a lot, and I hope you do too!
